 Interpretacja:

Pierwsza zwrotka ukazuje nam opis stereotypowego Anglika który nie wyobraża sobie dnia bez filiżanki herbaty, możemy go również poznać po specyficznym akcencie.
Dalszy tekst jest nawiązaniem do typowego angielskiego gentelmana, który nigdy nie rozstaje się ze swoją drewnianą laską.

Refren:  „alien” można to tłumaczyć różnie „kosmita” lub „cudzoziemiec” w tym akurat wypadku pasują oba…  ogólnie przybysze z innych krajów nie są mile widziani nigdzie… wymaga się od nich aby zachowywali się tak jak my a każdy przejaw odmienności jest przyjmowany z niechęcią.
Autor chce nam przekazać, że powinniśmy być tym kim naprawdę jesteśmy bez względu co mówią i myślą inni, ponieważ człowiekiem pozostajemy wtedy, gdy jesteśmy wierni swoim zasadom.

Zła wiadomość jest taka, że mimo tzw. przyzwoitości nie uda nam się zawsze zachować dobrego imienia. Zawsze znajdzie się ktoś komu coś nie będzie pasować a najgorsze jest w tym to, że mogą za nim pójść inni. W świecie pozbawionym delikatności i stateczności  możemy stać się odludkiem odrzuconym przez resztę społeczeństwa.
